Moving from city living in Chicago to the Phoenix area was a big change for me. I was only vaguely familiar with the Central Phoenix and Scottsdale neighborhoods and my fiancé (now wife) and I weren’t sure where exactly we wanted to live. Thankfully, I met Liza Snodgrass. Liza did an excellent job in probing for our likes and dislikes and was very thorough in researching what might best fit me and my family’s needs. Her strong knowledge of the area combined with her patience and persistence helped us find a home in a relatively short period of time.
Throughout the home finding/buying process, Liza’s primary concern was looking out for our best interests and making sure we were happy. When we found that we were moving to Phoenix from the Bay Area, we had absolutely no idea where we would live, where we would send our children to school, where the good restaurants were – we knew nothing! We received Liza’s contact information from a friend of a friend and it took one phone call to know that she was the right agent for us. Our first house-hunting trip with her was a highly-organized whirlwind. She gently steered us into the neighborhood she felt would be the best for us. She recommended schools. She targeted the homes that were in our price range and that suited our style. It became obvious to me that she wanted what was best for our family and wasn’t driven by her commission. We had worked with agents in the past who only wanted their checks and working with Liza was not like that. Over the course of several months, we looked at scores of houses with Liza. Her knowledge of the market and home pricing were invaluable to us during our search. When we finally did buy a house with her help, she was with us through the entire inspection process and closing. My husband, who normally likes to handle transactions like this, was very comfortable entrusting Liza with all the details. We have lived in Phoenix for a couple of years now and Liza contiinues to be available to us whenever we have questions about our house or local property values. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent…or friend in Arizona.
When my husband and I decided to move to Arizona, we had actually never been here. School and work opportunities opened up and we decided to make the move but had no idea where to start. Neither my husband nor I had even seen a picture of this house, but when we arrived I had a feeling this would be it! And it was! It took us ONE DAY to find our home thanks to Atilio and Santy Partners. We decided to put an offer, with Atilio guiding us the whole way and answering any questions we had. And viola! We became homeowners! I remember the excitement when we were told our offer was accepted! As first time home owners and having heard some home-buying horror stories we didn’t know the process could be so seamless. Even after moving in to our home Atilio has been checking in on us and answering any first time home owner questions we have. We know who we are going to call when we decide to buy our next home!
